All of William Shakespeare's plays have the reputation of being among the top plays in the English language, in his lifetime, William Shakespeare wrote 38 plays, these plays could be divided into into the genres of tragedy, history, and comedy; they have been translated into every major  living language, in addition to being continually performed all around the world.

 During the reign of Queen Elizabeth, drama became the ideal means to capture and convey the diverse interests of the time. at that time the first folio of Shakespeare was published with only 23 of his 38 plays.

1. tragedies:

- Hamlet 
- Macbeth
- King Lear

2. histories:

 all parts of "Henry"
- King john
- all parts of "Richard"

3. comedies:  

- The comedy fo Errors
- As you like it
- Cymbeline
- The Tempest

these are the most famous plays of all the plays Shakespeare wrote in his career.
